It's a Dark Day in this land we love.

A BLACK AS PITCH day when a judge can rule that the image of this:

On a tshirt is a cause of "substantial disruption to school activities."

It's a black black day....when it's basically called an incitement to violence and offense to 'mexican students' to wear this flag ANY day, let alone on Cinco De Mayo. A "Mexican" Holiday that outside of primarily one city in particular and one small region in general..is not celebrated anywhere else in Mexico! So why do we celebrate it here?

The "holiday" was co opted by the beer companies as a way to make more money. Frankly I flat out don't give a shit if those of Mexican descent in this country want to celebrate a day that their own people don't. What pisses ME off is that somehow it's become offensive to wear a shirt with the flag of this country where they now live and are supposed to be loyal to.
You know what I find ludicrous? Is that it's ONLY the mexicans agitating over this shit. Take Ocktoberfest. You don't see those Americans of german descent or even recent immigrants taking offense at anyone wearing the American Flag in that month long celebration of German culture and beer. You don't see those of chinese descent, starting fights in schools and in the streets during the Celebration of Chinese culture and history. Hell you don't see it in ANY other "celebration" except for Cinco De Mayo. Why is that do you think?

What that judge has done..is to spit in the face of every American currently serving, Those who have served and all those that have DIED in the last 235 YEARS to defend this country, our beloved flag and everyone else who has ever lived and is currently living in this country and is a citizen or a legal immigrant who moved here for a better life. This judge should be heartily ashamed. He's dishonored his Oath. HE is not fit to be a judge.

It is indeed a dark day when The Symbol of Freedom, The Flag of our beloved Nation, The Embodiment of everything good about this country and all it stands for...is judged to be a "substantial disruption to school activities" in an AMERICAN School in AMERICA!

Where do we draw the line in the sand and say "this far and no farther"? When do we as a nation stand up and take it back from corrupt politicians, and special interests, by re electing NO ONE. When do we close our borders and protect them against all comers, instead of leaving them the running open sore they are now? When do we as a nation say.."if you want to come to this country legally that's fine and dandy..but here YOU assimilate into OUR culture, not the other way around. When do we take back our schools from bureaucrats, and teachers who don't really give a damn about actually educating the children and teaching them to think critically and learn; but instead indoctrinate the children. Teach the children that America is bad. That capitalism is evil, that our democratic REPUBLIC, is a pipe dream and that communism is the way? When do we stop electing, more specifically constantly RE-electing the same power grubbing politicians who don't want to be our servants but our masters? Take the local elections here in Texas as a small microcosm of the national level. Forex in the City of Houston, a city of 1.2 million people, probably about half of which maybe a little more are actual, over the age of 18 and voting. Of that 650,000-700,000 adult population only a measly 117,000 bothered to get off their ass and vote. The mayor, who is a failure, was re elected. All the seats on the city council, and I mean all but 3..went to incumbents who ran for re elections. The other 3 were close enough that there's going to be a special run off election for those seats in the near future. The seat for city comptroller? The incumbent ran unopposed..he was the only son of a bitch on the ticket. There were 10, count them 10 proposed amendments to the Constitution of the State of Texas on the statewide ballot. All of them and I mean ALL of them, passed. This is not a good thing as only 2 or 3 of them actually did anything useful. The rest had to do with raising taxes. At least that's what they'll amount to, since they had to do with bonds, general bonds and education, state funded college student loans and grants etc. So my fellow Texans...at least those who bothered to get out and vote...voted to raise their own taxes. *headdesk* I swear to christ they didn't read, let alone comprehend those amendments. I suspect a lot of them are the same people who voted for Obama last time around. They just never learn.

It's late, I'm tired and just a tad despondent on top of being exceedinly piss off. So let me leave you with this my readers:
"Wake up my fellow Americans before it's too late. Otherwise we might just as well "weep for the future, weep for us all", because the American we know..will be history that will never be taught

  1. California. We should go ahead and saw it off now instead of waiting for the earthquake.
The lawyer has filed an appeal. Surely somewhere in the legal system there is a judge with a little bit of sense...right?

  2. I don't know...you would HOPE that there's someone with brains somewhere in the system. In the Peeples Republik of Kalifornia though? Don't hold your breath.
