some stuff went wrong round here so I didn't get to eat breakfast til ohhh..2...and just finished it off. Me thinks I've shot my blood sugar straight to hell..but damn I was hungry. I probably wouldn't feel so bad about it if I hadn't drank a liter of coke with it.
