The State of the Disunion part Duhhhhh..

Now without any further adieux.....

Moreover, we can take the money we save with this transition to tax reform to create jobs rebuilding our roads, upgrading our ports, unclogging our commutes – because in today’s global economy, first-class jobs gravitate to first-class infrastructure.

Okay I'll give him this one kinda sorta BUT [yes there is a but, so what?] it's not the ENTIRE reason businesses flee one place for another.  Businesses big and small have been fleeing the Peeepols Republik of Kaliphornya in droves.  A great many of them have settled here in Texas. Why? Infrastructure is one yes. Also No state income tax, tax breaks and a just generally business friendly atmosphere.

We’ll need Congress to protect more than three million jobs by finishing transportation and waterways bills this summer.  But I will act on my own to slash bureaucracy and streamline the permitting process for key projects, so we can get more construction workers on the job as fast as possible.

ROFLOL.  Look...it ain't ALL obummers fault, SOME of the red tape happened under Bush's watch too. That being said...the absolute Explosion of  rules and regulations passed by any number of the alphabet soup of 3 letter agencies, have happened pretty much all under Obummers watch.  If he was REALLY that concerned about it...he'd have told all those agencies to sit the fuck down and shut the hell up, and made cuts to the agencies and their budgets  just to make a point....if he truly gave a rats ass.

We also have the chance, right now, to beat other countries in the race for the next wave of high-tech manufacturing jobs.  My administration has launched two hubs for high-tech manufacturing in Raleigh and Youngstown, where we’ve connected businesses to research universities that can help America lead the world in advanced technologies.
Tonight, I’m announcing we’ll launch six more this year.  Bipartisan bills in both houses could double the number of these hubs and the jobs they create.  So get those bills to my desk and put more Americans back to work.

I'd be curious to know how much the folks you set to run these "institutes" get paid? From the looks of it they all did fairly well on their own so...

Let’s do more to help the entrepreneurs and small business owners who create most new jobs in America.  Over the past five years, my administration has made more loans to small business owners than any other.  And when ninety-eight percent of our exporters are small businesses, new trade partnerships with Europe and the Asia-Pacific will help them create more jobs.  We need to work together on tools like bipartisan trade promotion authority to protect our workers, protect our environment, and open new markets to new goods stamped “Made in the USA.”  China and Europe aren’t standing on the sidelines.  Neither should we.

We know that the nation that goes all-in on innovation today will own the global economy tomorrow.  This is an edge America cannot surrender.  Federally-funded research helped lead to the ideas and inventions behind Google and smartphones.  That’s why Congress should undo the damage done by last year’s cuts to basic research so we can unleash the next great American discovery – whether it’s vaccines that stay ahead of drug-resistant bacteria, or paper-thin material that’s stronger than steel.  And let’s pass a patent reform bill that allows our businesses to stay focused on innovation, not costly, needless litigation.

Actually what we know is the country that doesn't stifle businesses and become more concerned with regulations than making money hand over fist in a free economy is going to own the world because their products will be the STANDARD of the world. We used to have that in so many different markets it's ridiculous. Now?   I'm waiting for mention of climate change. What's he waiting for? Christmas?

Now, one of the biggest factors in bringing more jobs back is our commitment to American energy.  The all-of-the-above energy strategy I announced a few years ago is working, and today, America is closer to energy independence than we’ve been in decades.
One of the reasons why is natural gas – if extracted safely, it’s the bridge fuel that can power our economy with less of the carbon pollution that causes climate change.  Businesses plan to invest almost $100 billion in new factories that use natural gas.

Yes lets open entire POWER plants to use nothing but natural gas...we'll get into one of the effects of that in a minute

I’ll cut red tape to help states get those factories built, and this Congress can help by putting people to work building fueling stations that shift more cars and trucks from foreign oil to American natural gas.  My administration will keep working with the industry to sustain production and job growth while strengthening protection of our air, our water, and our communities.  And while we’re at it, I’ll use my authority to protect more of our pristine federal lands for future generations.

Yes lets shift EVERYTHING to natural gas. by all means. Thereby driving up the cost of it for the average consumer.
Ahhh there's the inevitable mention of Climate Change. I was beginning to wonder there for a minute.  Climate Change is a crock of crap in that it's the new 'buzzword' meaning Man made Global Warming.  Only one problem with this. MAN doesn't have that much of an effect on the Climate. The Sun and the planet itself have more of an affect on "climate" than we do.    Now while we might have some effect on our atmosphere that in of itself is still highly debatable.   Climate? The climate is always changing. If it and the atmosphere DIDN'T change...we wouldn't be here today.  Imagine that.

It’s not just oil and natural gas production that’s booming;

Yes because of fracking and shale oil, which the greenies scream is raping and destroying the earth. Of course the greenies say everything we do rapes and destroys the earth. Frankly the silly schmucks  bore me. wouldn't be so bad if the EPA weren't creating legislation right out of their agenda.

we’re becoming a global leader in solar, too.  Every four minutes, another American home or business goes solar; every panel pounded into place by a worker whose job can’t be outsourced.  Let’s continue that progress with a smarter tax policy that stops giving $4 billion a year to fossil fuel industries that don’t need it, so that we can invest more in fuels of the future that do.

Yes and how much monies do those fossil fuel companies give to you and the rest of the government?
blah blah blah

Oh and folks? Lets assume solar becomes the dejeur form of energy for the civilian market.  You could sometime in the future see something like what Germany is doing..

http://www.sfgate.com/business/article/Germany-s-solar-power-tax-plan-a-1st-in-Europe-5173667.php

Oh and this....

http://www.nytimes.com/2014/01/23/business/international/european-union-lowers-ambitions-on-renewable-energy.html

And even as we’ve increased energy production, we’ve partnered with businesses, builders, and local communities to reduce the energy we consume.  When we rescued our automakers,

yes you did such a good job of rescuing those companies they payed back the government, mostly and the government took a multibillion dollar  loss!  But lets not mention that

for example, we worked with them to set higher fuel efficiency standards for our cars.  In the coming months, I’ll build on that success by setting new standards for our trucks, so we can keep driving down oil imports and what we pay at the pump.

Yes but those "high fuel efficiency will never be workhorses. which is what the majority of the nation, especially in what liberals and DC call "flyover country" need. Work horses.  Seriously? If you work any kind of construction, farm, delivery etc...what allows you to do your work and deliver more efficiently?  One of the high fuel efficiency eggshells on wheels?  Or an SUV/Truck/Van/Rig?

Taken together, our energy policy is creating jobs and leading to a cleaner, safer planet.  Over the past eight years, the United States has reduced our total carbon pollution more than any other nation on Earth.

Uhhh we never put out that much ANYWAY.  The biggest "villians" in the "carbon pollution" game tend to be countries like china for instance.

But we have to act with more urgency – because a changing climate is already harming western communities struggling with drought, and coastal cities dealing with floods.  That’s why I directed my administration to work with states, utilities, and others to set new standards on the amount of carbon pollution our power plants are allowed to dump into the air.

Sigh the "pollution" and "carbon emissions" aren't the problem. It's a constantly changing climate, changes to which are driven by that big  motherfucking fusion reactor in the sky! You know...the SUN?  You bumbling, controlling, puppet with delusions of adequacy.

The shift to a cleaner energy economy won’t happen overnight, and it will require tough choices along the way.  But the debate is settled.  Climate change is a fact.

Uhhh. It's settled?  Say who?  Sorry but the debate still rages and scientists who don't manipulate their data to suit their agendas and agendas of their funding offices...say other wise.

And when our children’s children look us in the eye and ask if we did all we could to leave them a safer, more stable world, with new sources of energy, I want us to be able to say yes, we did.
Finally, if we are serious about economic growth, it is time to heed the call of business leaders, labor leaders, faith leaders, and law enforcement – and fix our broken immigration system.  Republicans and Democrats in the Senate have acted.  I know that members of both parties in the House want to do the same.  Independent economists say immigration reform will grow our economy and shrink our deficits by almost $1 trillion in the next two decades.  And for good reason: when people come here to fulfill their dreams – to study, invent, and contribute to our culture – they make our country a more attractive place for businesses to locate and create jobs for everyone.  So let’s get immigration reform done this year.

Immigration reform does NOT include "amnesty" by the way. It includes funding for border patrol, growth of that particular arm if you will. And as soon as someone is proven to be over the border without papers etc etc...is sent back over. This is harsh?  Seriously does anyone who says actually enforcing our laws is "mean" and hatey mchating mchatery,[damn you Larry Corriea now you got ME using that term and iall its possible  variations. Evil bastage.  Still love you Larry...write faster.]
have any of you silly simps actually looked at how OTHER countries enforce THEIR immigration laws?  Seriously? All we're talking about here is enforcing our own laws in this regard, same as everyone else does. No seriously...I want you silly fucks to actually READ [forex] MEXICO's immigration policies.   By all means lets stream line the process BUT...evading the process by coming over as drug mules etc is illegal and if your ass is caught at it you should go back over the border to Mexico or to your country of origin. I'm sorry if all you disingenuous white liberals, with an overblown sense of "white guilt"[another made of phrase that don't mean a damn thing] feel myself and others are being harsh about this. Suck it up buttercup.

The ideas I’ve outlined so far can speed up growth and create more jobs.  But in this rapidly-changing economy, we have to make sure that every American has the skills to fill those jobs.
The good news is, we know how to do it.  Two years ago, as the auto industry came roaring back, Andra Rush opened up a manufacturing firm in Detroit.  She knew that Ford needed parts for the best-selling truck in America, and she knew how to make them.  She just needed the workforce.  So she dialed up what we call an American Job Center – places where folks can walk in to get the help or training they need to find a new job, or better job.  She was flooded with new workers.  And today, Detroit Manufacturing Systems has more than 700 employees.

Guess what? Texas already has a system. You go in and if you need a new skill to make yourself marketable...then they help you get a class in a skill.  Texas has had these offices for a looonnng time.  Actually I suspect most states do.  The federal government can just stay the hell out of it.
What Andra and her employees experienced is how it should be for every employer – and every job seeker.  So tonight, I’ve asked Vice President Biden to lead an across-the-board reform of America’s training programs to make sure they have one mission: train Americans with the skills employers need, and match them to good jobs that need to be filled right now.  That means more on-the-job training, and more apprenticeships that set a young worker on an upward trajectory for life.  It means connecting companies to community colleges that can help design training to fill their specific needs.  And if Congress wants to help, you can concentrate funding on proven programs that connect more ready-to-work Americans with ready-to-be-filled jobs.

Oh dear god..he put Joe Biden in charge of this effort?  Oh my dear fluffy lord.

I’m also convinced we can help Americans return to the workforce faster by reforming unemployment insurance so that it’s more effective in today’s economy.  But first, this Congress needs to restore the unemployment insurance you just let expire for 1.6 million people.
Let me tell you why.
Misty DeMars is a mother of two young boys. She’d been steadily employed since she was a teenager.  She put herself through college.  She’d never collected unemployment benefits.  In May, she and her husband used their life savings to buy their first home.  A week later, budget cuts claimed the job she loved.  Last month, when their unemployment insurance was cut off, she sat down and wrote me a letter – the kind I get every day.  “We are the face of the unemployment crisis,” she wrote.  “I am not dependent on the government…Our country depends on people like us who build careers, contribute to society…care about our neighbors…I am confident that in time I will find a job…I will pay my taxes, and we will raise our children in their own home in the community we love.  Please give us this chance.”
Congress, give these hardworking, responsible Americans that chance.  They need our help, but more important, this country needs them in the game.  That’s why I’ve been asking CEOs to give more long-term unemployed workers a fair shot at that new job and new chance to support their families; this week, many will come to the White House to make that commitment real.  Tonight, I ask every business leader in America to join us and to do the same – because we are stronger when America fields a full team.

Sigh. unemployment insurance was never supposed to last as long as you silly shits have made it. If the federal government and many state governments weren't so busy driving off businesses...then many people wouldn't be unemployed, or in the cases of the really big corps, having their jobs outsourced overseas to countries like India.

Of course, it’s not enough to train today’s workforce.  We also have to prepare tomorrow’s workforce, by guaranteeing every child access to a world-class education.
Estiven Rodriguez couldn’t speak a word of English when he moved to New York City at age nine.  But last month, thanks to the support of great teachers and an innovative tutoring program, he led a march of his classmates – through a crowd of cheering parents and neighbors – from their high school to the post office, where they mailed off their college applications.  And this son of a factory worker just found out he’s going to college this fall.

Good for him...but I suspect it was as much his hard work [and I expect a disciplined mother] as the teachers that got him where he is.

Five years ago, we set out to change the odds for all our kids.  We worked with lenders to reform student loans, and today, more young people are earning college degrees than ever before.  Race to the Top, with the help of governors from both parties, has helped states raise expectations and performance.  Teachers and principals in schools from Tennessee to Washington, D.C. are making big strides in preparing students with skills for the new economy – problem solving, critical thinking, science, technology, engineering, and math.  Some of this change is hard.  It requires everything from more challenging curriculums and more demanding parents to better support for teachers and new ways to measure how well our kids think, not how well they can fill in a bubble on a test.  But it’s worth it – and it’s working.

Okay I actually agree with what he says at the end there. For waaay too long our schools have taught TO the test. Teaching by rote memorization of material that's ON the test, instead of, for instance, teaching critical thinking. Teaching kids to be able to think for themselves to geek out answers on their own, instead of as he says "how well they can fill in a bubble on test".  This is something I can wholeheartedly agree with.  But! Yes there's another but in there.  I don't believe the federal government should have ANY involvement in education.  Leave the states to handle that. That's THEIR Job.   By the same token the states, cities and counties are failing in their jobs in this miserably. Multimillion dollar monuments to educational failure are constantly being built to "teach" the kids in.

The problem is we’re still not reaching enough kids, and we’re not reaching them in time.  That has to change.

Oh my dear fluffy lord.

New York Congress Critter threatens reporter with violence

Got to love politicians.. Okay no you don't. I hate them with a purple passion.

http://abclocal.go.com/ktrk/story?section=news/national_world&id=9411405

Okay you threaten a reporter on CAMERA!  Just how stupid do you have to be to do this? Okay granted...as I've pointed out I loathe 4th estate and it's members with a ferocity that is frightening to witness. I hate the PPM with a passion, I'll admit.  If it weren't so stupid for a politician to do this...I might actually be cheering this pol on. Might actually be sitting there chanting "toss him! toss him! toss him now!"

However...this reporters question was absolutely a legitimate question to ask. it's the kind of question they are supposed to ask of politicians that have been caught in some kind of fiscal hanky panky or penile patty cakes infidelity or what have you.  To threaten this reporter, and on camera no less...was a stupid and criminal act.  Or is that criminally stupid? Bah...doesn't matter how you phrase it. Grimm is a stupid fuck. The Governor should yank Grimm out of his seat or suggest his constituents recall  his dumb ass; and then
A. The reporter needs to press criminal charges
B. This boil on the ass of humanity needs to be prosecuted
C. hold a special election or what ever is done in that particular state...to fill his vacant seat.

I don't know, neither do I care whether Grimm is a D or an R. Nor do I give a flying fuck. He needs to be gotten rid of and he's a visible symptom, concrete evidence,  of just how out of control our government on all levels have gotten. How entitled those pols feel, and just how out of touch with reality, let alone their constituents...they are. And and...And....

Jesus Christ did I just defend a reporter?  Someone check and see if hell has frozen over because,  me defending a reporter?  'Tis truly a day of days. Good grief...I wonder is someone spiked my food today when I wasn't looking...

*thinks about it*

Mmmmm nope..I cooked all my own food today, as per usual. So nope...no one spiked anything. Maybe there is something in the air..I don't know.

Sigh guess we'll just chalk this up to me hating the government more than I loathe the 4th estate and leave it at that.

The State of the DisUnion 2014. Part One

Okay boys and girl, lads and lasses, germs and virii.  Here in begins a tale and a fisking. As usual my snarky and occasionally viscious commentary will be interspersed with the naked emperors words. I'm thinkin...my word will be in italics today. Or maybe...boldly underlined just to be atrocious.  Okay maybe I'll skip the underlining that's just ugly.

Anyway...let the fisking commence!

Mr. Speaker, Mr. Vice President, Members of Congress, my fellow Americans:

Your fellow Americans?  I don't think you give one whit about "my fellow Americans" to be quite blunt about it.  Outside of how you can use Americans against each other for your own gains.  As for the rest?  Speaker Boehner is a whining incompetent.  Your VP, Joe Biden is just flat out incompetent. Okay lets be honest, he's a drooling idiot. Seriously Barrack? Why have you not found a nice padded room to put him in?  As for the rest of Congress? The less said about how I feel about 95% of those asswipes the better.

Today in America, a teacher spent extra time with a student who needed it, and did her part to lift America’s graduation rate to its highest level in more than three decades.

You mean a teacher is actually *GASP!* doing his or her job? Shocking! Simply Shocking!   That graduation rate of course doesn't include the million plus students who DON'T graduate every year, and also fails to take into account those who will have to take remedial courses in college because they were just passed on to the next grade.

An entrepreneur flipped on the lights in her tech startup, and did her part to add to the more than eight million new jobs our businesses have created over the past four years.

*clap clap*  She's living the american dream. congratulations.

An autoworker fine-tuned some of the best, most fuel-efficient cars in the world, and did his part to help America wean itself off foreign oil.

Seriously? WHAT weaning?  If you mean the Arabs? Hell man...that's a joke. We already don't get most of our oil from the Middle East. More than half of it for the last couple years has been home grown.

A farmer prepared for the spring after the strongest five-year stretch of farm exports in our history.  A rural doctor gave a young child the first prescription to treat asthma that his mother could afford.  A man took the bus home from the graveyard shift, bone-tired but dreaming big dreams for his son.  And in tight-knit communities across America, fathers and mothers will tuck in their kids, put an arm around their spouse, remember fallen comrades, and give thanks for being home from a war that, after twelve long years, is finally coming to an end.
Tonight, this chamber speaks with one voice to the people we represent: it is you, our citizens, who make the state of our union strong.

Blah blah blah blah.  Seriously? Stop trying to connect with the people. The only time you see the people is when you look down to see what it is you're stepping on.   But you are right about one thing. It is WE The People who make this nation...not you.

Here are the results of your efforts:  The lowest unemployment rate in over five years.

Yeah yeah and this doesn't include the huge number of long term unemployed that have dropped out and OFF the unemployment "insurance" rolls that are still unemployed....I could keep going but he gets into the following few sentences in more detail later so I'll get into it then..

A rebounding housing market. A manufacturing sector that’s adding jobs for the first time since the 1990s.  More oil produced at home than we buy from the rest of the world – the first time that’s happened in nearly twenty years.  Our deficits – cut by more than half.  And for the first time in over a decade, business leaders around the world have declared that China is no longer the world’s number one place to invest; America is.
That’s why I believe this can be a breakthrough year for America.  After five years of grit and determined effort, the United States is better-positioned for the 21st century than any other nation on Earth.

Nope I believe we're on the verge of an economic collapse personally .  Your deficits cut in half?  LOL.  again failing to take several things into account.

The question for everyone in this chamber, running through every decision we make this year, is whether we are going to help or hinder this progress.  For several years now, this town has been consumed by a rancorous argument over the proper size of the federal government.  It’s an important debate – one that dates back to our very founding.  But when that debate prevents us from carrying out even the most basic functions of our democracy – when our differences shut down government or threaten the full faith and credit of the United States – then we are not doing right by the American people.

And how many bills proposed by your opposites, never saw the light of day Mr. President?  How many BUDGETS, you know the main part of congresses job, to pass budgets; DIED on Harry Reid's desk because they really would have cut spending drastically?

As President, I’m committed to making Washington work better, and rebuilding the trust of the people who sent us here.  I believe most of you are, too.  Last month, thanks to the work of Democrats and Republicans, this Congress finally produced a budget that undoes some of last year’s severe cuts to priorities like education.  Nobody got everything they wanted, and we can still do more to invest in this country’s future while bringing down our deficit in a balanced way.  But the budget compromise should leave us freer to focus on creating new jobs, not creating new crises.

Hmmm wonder how many people have read the bill. I haven't because it's another one of those damnable "Omnibus" bills.  Frankly I find the republicans treasonous in this matter.  Oh and since it's 12 different bills. Those bills and their agreements STILL have to be hammered out by the various appropriations committees so the "budget" ain't a done deal yet there oh Naked Emperor wanna be.

In the coming months, let’s see where else we can make progress together.  Let’s make this a year of action.  That’s what most Americans want – for all of us in this chamber to focus on their lives, their hopes, their aspirations.  And what I believe unites the people of this nation, regardless of race or region or party, young or old, rich or poor, is the simple, profound belief in opportunity for all – the notion that if you work hard and take responsibility, you can get ahead.

We want you to focus on our lives? Where the hell did you ever get THAT idea?  We want a good portion of the federal government defunded and eradicated and/or the spending in others cut WAAAAAAYYYY back.  And we want you to rescind laws and regulations that make it harder to make money and KEEP it.  I'd personally like to see the "estate tax" struck down. Your taxing the dead twice. Once while they're alive and again when they are dead and penalizing their heirs. All in the name of "fairness"

Let’s face it: that belief has suffered some serious blows.  Over more than three decades, even before the Great Recession hit, massive shifts in technology and global competition had eliminated a lot of good, middle-class jobs, and weakened the economic foundations that families depend on.
Today, after four years of economic growth, corporate profits and stock prices have rarely been higher, and those at the top have never done better.  But average wages have barely budged.  Inequality has deepened.  Upward mobility has stalled.  The cold, hard fact is that even in the midst of recovery, too many Americans are working more than ever just to get by – let alone get ahead.  And too many still aren’t working at all.

Yes Yes...lets play the class warfare game of penis envy. Those who have more are EBIL while those who don't are the 'taken advantage of' down trodden.   Dude you're so predictable it's really pathetic.  What's next? The "RACE" card?  Oh and whose fault is it that we're in this mess?

Our job is to reverse these trends.  It won’t happen right away, and we won’t agree on everything.  But what I offer tonight is a set of concrete, practical proposals to speed up growth, strengthen the middle class, and build new ladders of opportunity into the middle class.  Some require Congressional action, and I’m eager to work with all of you.  But America does not stand still – and neither will I.  So wherever and whenever I can take steps without legislation to expand opportunity for more American families, that’s what I’m going to do.

No old boy. Your job isn't to "reverse these trends" Again it's to get the government OUT of the way and let US, WE the PEOPLE fix and reverse the trend.

As usual, our First Lady sets a good example.  Michelle’s Let’s Move partnership with schools, businesses, and local leaders has helped bring down childhood obesity rates for the first time in thirty years – an achievement that will improve lives and reduce health care costs for decades to come.

Riiiiight.  And of course the business who have been promoting healthy living on their own had nothing to do with it right?  Because "You didn't build that".  Uh huh. I really like the new campaign with Subway.   Seriously are you trying to kill their business? Hell what did you promise corporate to get their cooperation?

The Joining Forces alliance that Michelle and Jill Biden launched has already encouraged employers to hire or train nearly 400,000 veterans and military spouses.  Taking a page from that playbook, the White House just organized a College Opportunity Summit where already, 150 universities, businesses, and nonprofits have made concrete commitments to reduce inequality in access to higher education – and help every hardworking kid go to college and succeed when they get to campus.  Across the country, we’re partnering with mayors, governors, and state legislatures on issues from homelessness to marriage equality.

Sigh...there IS no inequality. Those who WANT it, who are willing to work for it, will always be able to go to college. Here's the thing though. Not everyone is cut out for or NEEDS to go to college. Hell! A large majority of those in college should arguably be in a trade/cocational  school learning a trade.

The point is, there are millions of Americans outside Washington who are tired of stale political arguments, and are moving this country forward.  They believe, and I believe, that here in America, our success should depend not on accident of birth, but the strength of our work ethic and the scope of our dreams.  That’s what drew our forebears here.

In part...the other part was a driving need  to get away from a tyrannical overbearing asshole of a  king, in England. To get way from the diktats of that King and his petty pissant little ministers of such and such.

It’s how the daughter of a factory worker is CEO of America’s largest automaker; how the son of a barkeeper is Speaker of the House; how the son of a single mom can be President of the greatest nation on Earth.
Opportunity is who we are.  And the defining project of our generation is to restore that promise.

Your job isn't to RESTORE the promise Mr Community Organizer.  It's to shut up, sit down, and stay the hell out of our way.  How many times am I gonna say this?  Probably about as many times as you say "iit's my/our job to"....

We know where to start: the best measure of opportunity is access to a good job.  With the economy picking up speed, companies say they intend to hire more people this year.  And over half of big manufacturers say they’re thinking of insourcing jobs from abroad.
So let’s make that decision easier for more companies.  Both Democrats and Republicans have argued that our tax code is riddled with wasteful, complicated loopholes that punish businesses investing here, and reward companies that keep profits abroad.  Let’s flip that equation.  Let’s work together to close those loopholes, end those incentives to ship jobs overseas, and lower tax rates for businesses that create jobs here at home.

And ...HOW MANY TIMES HAVE THE REPUBLITWITS TRIED TO GET YOU TO DO JUST THAT?!   It ain't just the Tax Laws either.  I'm going to say this til people are sick of hearing it.  Hmm...come to think on it...people are probably already sick of hearing it.
It's more about needless regulations passed by an alphabet soup of agencies who only pass these regulations to be petty, to revel in their own power, and to justify their continued existence within the current power structure; t
han it is about Tax Code.   though admittedly the Tax Code  is a problem as well, and not just as the tax code involves businesses. Hell the whole Tax System and the IRS needs to be tossed in a rubbish bin and replaced. With something short, simple and sane.

That is all for this entry germs and virii.  Stay tuned for more, when I get round to posting part Duuuuhhhhh of this set..maybe later tonight, certainly sometime tomorrow.  Til then?

Okay and dude seriously? "I was just training her dog"?    first time I've ever heard sex called THAT before.

okay okay, one more.  did the husband and the wifes friend cook this up between them? not admitting to and in the case of the friend..admitting to the infidelity so he could get an uncontested divorce?  And they could live happily ever after. Or maybe it was the wife and the girlfriend so SHE could get an uncontested divorce

Okay! Okay!  I'll stop now.

The State of DISUnion 2014. Prelude

Well germs and virii. Tonight is the night. The night in which President Obama, blows lies, inuendo and smoke up our collective asses in an effort to piss on us and tell us it's raining.

Wait.  How is that different from any other day since he's been in office?  It's not...it's just a yearly televised national guilt trip. Oh wait....that's not really different than any other speech he gives really. Meh..I digress.

I took my 67yr old mother to the eye doctor this morning. They had CNN, or as my mother calls it, the Communist News Network; on a flat panel tv mounted on the wall.  Saying how wonderful Obummer is and how evil the republicans are. Mom kept shushing me in the waiting room because I kept making pithy caustic comments in response the the propaganda mouthpiec...errrrr...spindoctors....errr anchors mouthings.

In response to their whipping up class penile envy and vilifying the rich
"There's ALWAYS been rich and poor, have and have nots. Stop whining like a child. geez"

Mom "shhhhh"

In response to the announcement that Obummer is going to be drafting  an Executive Order forcing any private companies that sign up for a government contract to pay their workers a minimum of $10.10.  *Note from what's being said in the Propaganda outlets this is only going to affect NEW contracts. Uh huh...tell me another.

"Ahhh so it's for federal workers. See?  Some pigs ARE more equal than others. Newsflash you twit...Animal Farm was supposed to be a warning...NOT an instruction manual" Followed by the thought that I didn't utter aloud....'and once again our "President" acts more like a dictator or petty Kinglet. Ruling by imperial fiat and decree instead of rule of law.'  Also followed immediately by the thought..'as has been said before for a "Constitutional Scholar" he don't know the constitution at all, as he keeps proving'

Mom: "shhhh"

In a talk between pundits about Obama, what he's done, what he plans on doing

"Sigh...same shit, different day"

Mom "shhhh"

In the talk between the paid mouth pieces about Obama's wonderful recovery of the econony

muttered very quietly under my breathe "utter bullshit"

I didn't get shushed for that one. Mom was in to see the doc by that point.

On Russia and the talk that this Winters Olympics will be the most corrupt ever due to being held in Russia

Hmmm okay that one is possible I suppose.  Got nothing for that one, except wait and see.

Yet in all this

You know one of the things I didn't hear? That I, personally would have been interesting in hearing about?   In that ENTIRE 85 minutes I was in that office listening to that drivel, not word ONE about the violence and civil war in the Ukraine. Not a single, solitary word.  Why dost I find that interesting? Because it seems to me, that the people of the Ukraine are going through a similar time of turmoil as our forefathers did. Before, during and AFTER the formation of this great nation now that we call home.  A conflict that after the last couple decades  of watching our politicians, is probably coming for us again.

This has been your prelude and idle thoughts in preparation for tonights Festivities of Lies, Innuendo, Elitism and Bullshit!  Oh my good people?  If you are  going to watch this tonight?   I suggest turning OFF your bullshit detector.   Otherwise it'll be going off non stop from the time our wanna be incompetent Emporer in Chief opens his mouth. Expect the first portion of my vivisection of the SoDU address either late tonight or sometime tomorrow.

That is all.

Monday Quick post.

Just saw the trailer for the new 300 sequel called Rise of an Empire. Near the end  of the trailer is for me...the money quote "Let it be shown that we chose to die on our feet, rather than live on our knees!"  With everything going on in our government, and around us in the world...that may be the choice we're forced to make in the near, relatively near future.

Okay friends, romans, countrymen...lend me your..ach!

I know I know. I've been inconsistent. Although I've been consistently inconsistent for the last year or two so..*shrug* nothing new there. If I was consistently consistent mayhap I'd have more readers. That being said friends and fans of the curly wolf;  there will be one..3-4 actually sometime next week.  Barring time constraints due to lifes little foibles and irritations going on right now.  Because you know what happens in the world of National American Politics next week don't you; my fellow germs and virii?  Its the annual State of The Union address.   Or in the case of Obummer..State of the DISunion address.  So there will be my usual multi part fscking of  Obummers speechifyin.

Last year I didn't make it through all 4 parts I had because well...when you hear the same shit over and over again ad nauseum[one of Goebbels Principles of Propaganda actually. say it enough and people will start taking it as gospel after a while]]  it's annoyin'.  So I just threw my hands up in disgust and walked away from the keyboard.  I'll TRY to get through all of it this year.

I may very well post something this weekend. an idea or two is percolatin in the back o' my mind. if they gel you'll guys will get a new post to tide you over til next weeks, annual "I'm talking out of both sides of my ass as usual, what's so surprising about that?" speech.

That is all folks.

Another in the "we don't want your guns" file

Now I heard about this...watched  a short clip of it someone posted and was going to cogitate about the rank stupidity, here.  Alas there's a bit going on in my life at the moment...and I really don't want to wade through this much WILLFUL STUPIDITY as far as this entire video goes. Nope can't do it. I might put my head through a wall in frustration and then I'd have to repair the wall.

At any rate my buddy Miguel over at Gun Free Zone did manage to wade through 6 minutes of stupid. here's the link of his post on it.

Credit card and debt

Short rant...brought up by the adversities of a few friends.  If you don't have any of either...good for you. If you've got a lot of credit cards, pay them the fuck off and get rid of them. NOW. Keep one...maybe two for an emergency...but ONLY for emergencies. put the occasional small 10-50buck charge on it and pay it off in full to keep the cards active but other than that do not use them.  In case you haven't figured  it out yet...it's a con game. See what they tell you when you're really racking up charges is to just make the minimum payments or a little more. You're over joyed at this so of course you've got noooo problem only making minimum payments. Uh folks? The interest will fuck you up boys and girls.  You'll pay multiples upon multiples to the credit card company for something which...had you just socked away a little here and there...you could have had free and clear by paying cash.   Oh and if your good about making the payments hey! they'll just raise your credit limit for being such a good customer. :/

Eventually you'll hit the point where you can't pay it back or it's tougher to make the monthly payments and hey as far as their concerned......they own your ass. don't pay em? Well they sell the debt to another business called a Debt Collection Agency.  Who...buy the debt from the credit companies for cents on the dollar and THEN go after your ass for as much of the full amount as they can. Eventually if you don't pay them they send..lawyers. You know? Lawyers?  The Scum sucking vampires who make vultures, maggots and any other member of the animal/insect world that gives you the screaming heebie jeebies,  look good sweet and innocent?

Then they sue you in civil court. And take whatever they can. Avoid this fate boys and girls.   Don't get caught up in the con game. Play the game the smart way. One or two cards for emergencies ONLY  except for the odd 10-50 dollar purchase here and there that you pay off in full to keep the cards active.

This public service announcement brought to you by a HIGHLY pissed off curly wolf.

"We don't want your guns. Keep em"

Oh. REALLLLLY?   Then what is THIS little bit of shenanigans about?

House Bill 231 in the Mississippi state congress...

SECTION 1.

pistol or rifle cartridges, shall keep a record of all sales of

such cartridges sold, showing the description of the kind and

This record shall be open to public inspection at any time to

shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and
, upon conviction, shall be
13
fined not less than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) nor more than
14
One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00)

Oh and the REAL teeth in this particular prelude to a gun grab...

SECTION 2.
Section 97

H. B. No. 231

shall be punished by a fine not more than One Thousand Dollars

($1,000.00), or imprisoned in the county jail not exceeding one year.

So....Not only does this twit want to register all ammo sales.

She is in effect making it illegal to lend [or as a by product I'll bet you even money] even your own children ammunition, guns or "any other deadly weapon"?

Nope they don't want our guns...just the measly price of our souls, our honor, our bodies and those of our descendants.

One wonders how Rep Omeria Scott would feel if someone were to suggest registering with your DL, SS, melatonin content, age etc and available for public perusal...the welfare rolls.  Nooo... not social security, because while I believe social security is a pyramid scheme at best and governmental theft of private monies at threat of violence at worst...it ain't welfare. When I say welfare I mean welfare!  Note there is fraud in the SS system and that does need to be cleaned up as well.  Frankly the whole system needs to be redone but anytime a republican leader suggests this the screams from teh left about wanting to leave granny and gramps destitute, starving and dead, are deafening.  But that's a whole 'nother post right there. Not what we're talking about today.

Food stamps etc.*

Oh my the screams of outrage would ring from the high ceilings of the State congressional chamber.

Or how about registering people of just one component of the population because of their melatonin content, by age, melatonin content, address etc etc for public knowledge. Ahhh...wait...we already do that, it's called a CENSUS. Although that isn't a detailed breakdown by name, age address, etc of everyone that's publically available it still exists.  Think about it.

This woman like many others...is a boil on the ass of humanity.  An affront, an insult, a slur upon the office she holds. Frankly the voters who put her in office should be heartily ashamed of her and vocally offering to rip her up onside and down the other and recall her for replacement for just such unconstitutional rank stupidity.

Edit 430pm. did a little more digging around. She with the connivance of 3 other "sponsors" on the bill proposed this exact same law...word for word, in LAST YEARS state legislative session. Guess she figures if she keeps hammering eventually her fellow state legislators will vote the law in, just to shut her up. Problem with that theory is if you give into on this...what even MORE grotesquely stupid and treasonously unconstitutional law will she and her ilk propose.   Gun grabbing morons like Scott say gun owners need to compromise. Well as much as I hate to repeat myself...WE HAVE BEEN COMPROMISING YOU IGNORANT ASSHOLES! SINCE 1934!   Give these people an inch and they'll take a mile and ask for 3miles.

Do I hear those calls for a recall? Doubt it's from any on the left.

* Note I'll bet money I don't even have that any liberal running across this gleefully point out that Whites make up about 46% of the welfare rolls.

Me? I'll simply point out a few ugly facts.  Sure whites may make up that much of the welfare rolls but whites still make up more than half the US population.   I'd also GLEEFULLY point out, okay fine...gleefully and no small hint of derision and spite,  that blacks only make up only 13-14% of the population and yet soak up 49% of the welfare benefits.  Ooooops.   So if you figure only half the black population is on welfare, that means only 6% of the population consume 49% of the welfare bennies.  Now I am not entirely sure what percentage of the black population exactly is on welfare. that might be something to research later if the info can be found.. Still a staggering fucking number to think about though, no?
