Orrr it could just be they have realized [or have always known] that the world is a dangerous place and to not take steps to protect yourself in it, is tantamount to suicide. That the weapons are a tool and don't even necessarily have to be USED to be effective to stop a crime in it's tracks as shown in the following story..

Wait what?  You mean someone, who wasn't one of the "trained" police officers [excuse me..I need to catch my breathe from all the derisive laughter in response to those 3 words 'trained police officer'] actually used a GUN to stop a crime? And OH MY FUCKING GOD! He did it without firing a single shot?  The obviously eeebil gun didn't jump out of the good samaritan's hands and start killing people willy nilly?  Hold on, I think I'm  having a heart attack due to shocking SHOCK,  that this gun didn't of it's own OBVIOUS innate intelligence and volition start killing people at random for no reason what so ever!

This this twat waffling, fuckwitted smelly little butt nugget apparently doesn't care much for the facts of life. This is patent in his response to Wayne LaPierre's statement

"We know, in the world that surrounds us, there are terrorists and home invaders and drug cartels and car-jackers and knock-out gamers and rapers, haters, campus killers, airport killers, shopping mall killers, road-rage killers, and killers who scheme to destroy our country with massive storms of violence against our power grids, or vicious waves of chemicals or disease that could collapse the society that sustains us all,” he said."

because he calls Lapierre.."The NRA’s executive vice president and foaming mouthpiece".

"LaPierre, of course, is never held responsible for this rhetoric, even though it is not too much of a stretch to say that its repetition in all of the NRA’s magazines, radio show, emails, newsletter, speeches, on Fox News, and on right-wing talk radio and beyond clearly contributes to the killing everyday American citizens and members of law enforcement."


Ah so law abiding "rightwing" gun owners are going out every day and killing their fellow man and cops in wholesale job lots? Odd. I thought it was by and large CRIMINALS that were injuring, raping, robbing etc etc your average law abiding citizen, as well their their fellow criminals.

If I actually had a printed copy of this little antigun, anti 2nd amendment,  antigunOWNER diatribe..I wouldn't even condescend to wipe my ass with it. Use it to start my bbq pit yes, letting it touch my nether regions?  I don't think so.
