caliber of cartridges so sold, the name, address and driver's

license or social security numbe
r of the purchaser, and the

description of and the quantity of cartridges and date of sale.

This record shall be open to public inspection at any time to

persons desiring to see it. Any dealer who violates this section

shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and
, upon conviction, shall be

fined not less than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) nor more than

One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00)

So....Not only does this twit want to register all ammo sales.
She is in effect making it illegal to lend [or as a by product I'll bet you even money] even your own children ammunition, guns or "any other deadly weapon"?

One wonders how Rep Omeria Scott would feel if someone were to suggest registering with your DL, SS, melatonin content, age etc and available for public perusal...the welfare rolls. Nooo... not social security, because while I believe social security is a pyramid scheme at best and governmental theft of private monies at threat of violence at worst...it ain't welfare. When I say welfare I mean welfare! Note there is fraud in the SS system and that does need to be cleaned up as well. Frankly the whole system needs to be redone but anytime a republican leader suggests this the screams from teh left about wanting to leave granny and gramps destitute, starving and dead, are deafening. Edit 430pm. did a little more digging around. She with the connivance of 3 other "sponsors" on the bill proposed this exact same law...word for word, in LAST YEARS state legislative session. Guess she figures if she keeps hammering eventually her fellow state legislators will vote the law in, just to shut her up. Problem with that theory is if you give into on this...what even MORE grotesquely stupid and treasonously unconstitutional law will she and her ilk propose. Gun grabbing morons like Scott say gun owners need to compromise. Well as much as I hate to repeat myself...WE HAVE BEEN COMPROMISING YOU IGNORANT ASSHOLES! SINCE 1934! Me? I'll simply point out a few ugly facts. Sure whites may make up that much of the welfare rolls but whites still make up more than half the US population. I'd also GLEEFULLY point out,okay fine...gleefully and no small hint of derision and spite, that blacks only make up only 13-14% of the population and yet soak up 49% of the welfare benefits. Ooooops. So if you figure only half the black population is on welfare, that means only 6% of the population consume 49% of the welfare bennies. Now I am not entirely sure what percentage of the black population exactly is on welfare. that might be something to research later if the info can be found.. Still a staggering fucking number to think about though, no?
